Heyo! There are many ways that you probably haven't receive your keys. First, make sure you did spelled your Minecraft IGN right when you've voted. There could've been some mistake. Second, sometimes your inventory might have been full and your keys have dropped , make sure to check all over for it. The last thing is, usually if you do /ccredeem, you have all your keys there.
