Hello , We can sell almost everything we harvest to the server except one item. The chorus fruit. It would be nice if we could utilize the fairly new End item. It would give everyone something unique to plant. It would sadden me to see this alien-like plant go to waste on this server. I would really appreciate it if you would consider this option. "One item"?! There's loads of other things which we could sell. For example, mushrooms, VINES, wood, and so on. IMO, it would be better having vines than chorus. Chorus is way too OP.
I don't see how chorus fruit is overpowered. Farming it is nowhere near as efficient as melon farming, as you have to go get all the chorus flowers for the next planting. Anyways, the sell prices could be set to reflect the difficulty of the crop. I agree that it would be nice to be able to sell things like mushrooms, vines, and wood, but I think chorus fruit is more of a traditional minecraft crop because it follows similar game mechanics to things like melons and carrots and potatoes.
I... really don't see where the logic lead you to thinking people were against the idea because it couldn't be automated? One person pointed out Chorus Fruit isn't the only thing they'd like staff to consider, and thought Chorus Fruit was perhaps OP. One person commented that they aren't as efficient as melon farming, but pricing could be adjusted to reflect the additional effort, and agreed with the first person about other possible crops being considered. One person flat out just agreed. Where did you see that people were saying "Don't do it because they can't be automated"? Sorry, I'm just curious because I really can't see it. Was it because someone said that aren't as efficient as melon farming? They didn't even mention automation, frankly melon is very good even manually (which is how I farm it).
