Hai! I just wanted to let you all know that I have a spare house that I've decided to rent out to whoever wants. It has two reasonably sized rooms, a basement and good location (Close to warp wild in an ice plains biome) and lighting already built in for the house (but not the basement). It comes unfurnished but you can modify the interior however you want, as long as you don't break any of the walls (making new walls/room dividers is OK tho ) The rent is 10k per month.
